- Invitation Letter from Kazakhstan MOFA Approved
- Last 06 Months Bank Statements
- If Employed; Original NOC from Employer on Company Letterhead (Mentioning position and start date, salary, date of travel and purpose of visit) with Company Seal
- If Self-Employed; Company Incorporation Certificate
